ABOUT RITSHI equipment and infrastructure

OUR STORY

A connection worth building.

Ritshi Solutions Limited was founded in 2023 and is privately owned and registered in Hong Kong.

After relocating from South Africa to Hong Kong, founder Rudzani Mutshinya identified an opportunity to connect international industrial equipment manufacturers with African markets, initially focusing on mining and rail.

His power-generation background added an engineering dimension to the business. The company developed its energy offering around engineering consulting, renewable energy, storage and energy efficiency, working with experienced industry professionals.

Today, Energy, Mining and Rail provide a clear structure for bringing sourcing capability and technical understanding together.

OUR GLOBAL NETWORK

International suppliers.
Connected expertise.

A network of clients and suppliers across at least four continents supports the company’s international sourcing approach.

Ritshi works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and experienced professionals across mining, rail and energy storage. These relationships connect equipment supply with the technical expertise needed to assess an industrial requirement.

The energy offering also draws on agreements with international OEMs. Commercial terms, technical scope and support arrangements are assessed for each enquiry.

OUR MISSION

Make industrial sourcing more effective.

To be a dependable connection for rail and mining equipment, industrial technology and energy-efficiency services across Africa, adding practical value before and after each sale.

OUR VISION

Connect global manufacturing with African potential.

To strengthen access to international industrial solutions through transparent, efficient supply chains and lasting relationships grounded in integrity, collaboration and environmental consideration.
